Amphibians of Italy - Conservation Map
Amphibians of Italy - Conservation Map
A map for those who know that wonder does not live only in large animals, but in moss, beneath fallen leaves, in damp forests, among the mountains, and in the small places that almost no one notices.
10% of the proceeds will be donated to Apuane Libere to help protect the Apuan Alps, the unique habitat of the Apuan alpine newt.
This illustration brings together 41 species of Italian amphibians, drawn across the map of their country: salamanders, newts, frogs, toads and cave salamanders: ancien and fragile creatures that reveal the health of our ecosystems.
It was created after eight months of work, in collaboration with naturalist Gabriele Martinucci, to give shape to a more hidden, silent and living Italy.
Printed on premium matte 200 gsm paper, soft to the touch, non-reflective, and FSC-certified or equivalent.
To bring to your wall not just a map, but a piece of the world that deserves to remain.
