We work with trusted fulfillment partners who produce and ship your order from the facility closest to your delivery address. This helps reduce shipping times and costs wherever possible.

Estimated delivery times after your order is fulfilled:

 Print-On-Demand Policy

Since our products are made to order, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges unless the item is defective or you received the wrong product.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at theverticalbear@gmail.comwith your order number and a clear photo of the issue — we’ll be happy to assist.


Multiple Packages

Your order may arrive in separate shipments if items are produced at different locations. If so, you’ll receive separate tracking numbers for each package.
